As you should be able to work out from its name, FirewallPAPI 1.4 is a simple firewall that, apart from the normal functions like resizing ports, establishing permission rules, imposing valid IPs, making restrictions, etc, lets you manage NAT services, which is essential for allowing exits without restrictions to certain programs that connect to and download from the Internet (antivirus updates, P2P programs, etc).

FirewallPAPI 1.4 that specifically routes traffic that uses the TCP and UDP protocols. It does this using three key parameters - the origin IP, the destination IP and the input and output port that's being targeted. It is also extremely light on resources.
